I've been on a couple of cruises- The price shown is for one person in a two person room. There are various levels of rooms to choose from. Additionally, there will be a per-person gratuity that they will ask you to pay before you board (around $20/ per person per day) and then if you wish you can get internet and/or a drink package. If you enjoy your service in the main dining room, or your cabin steward it is customary to leave them a small cash tip as well.
